After completing this form, you will be contacted to review payment options, to verify we can deliver to the requested area, and to get any additional information. You may, of course, also call us at 415.485.1122.

Once payment arrangements have been made, we will mail to you or to the recipient, a personalized gift certificate with instructions on how to redeem the gift, and our most recent newsletter. If requested, we can email the certificate, but we recommend mailing a hard copy, as many times the email is overlooked or put into the trash by the recipient.

We also offer “Community Gifting” – where multiple givers are contributing to one account. If you want to be the initial organizer of the gift account, please fill out the form below and select- Community Gift. If you want to contribute to an existing account- please give us a call, instead of completing the form below. This process is a bit different and we can help you along.

Cooler Bag?
 We can include our deluxe soft cooler with ice packs for an additional charge of $25. This will insure your gift can be left, properly chilled, at the door.

Payment Information
For your security, we do not ask for credit card information on-line. Be sure that you contact us by telephone (or email, if you prefer) with your payment information. If you are already a client and we have your credit card information on file, we will automatically charge it to your account.
We are not able to send out the gift certificate until payment has been made. You may call us at 415.485.1122. We certainly will try to get in contact with you, as well!

 Community Gift

For organizing a gift for your community member -please note that the gift certificate message below is what the recipient will receive with their initial notification. You will be emailed with all of the necessary information to easily to announce to your community how to contribute to the gift, and will have your own opportunity to contribute and compose your own special message once the community gift is established.
